About OPEN KoGES

OPEN KoGES is a one-stop service providing everything from integrated search to analysis infrastructure for cohort data of 210,000 participants produced by the Korea Genome and Epidemiology Study (KoGES).

It allows researchers to design and create customized databases and provides various analysis environments such as GUI, Python, and Terminal.

We will continue to support and expand our services to maximize the value of data and enable researchers to utilize large-scale datasets.
